You've seen the research: mindfulness is a stellar tool for mental, cognitive and emotional health! If this excites you and you'd like to learn more, then join us in this 3-part series. You'll leave this mini-course with simple, practical tools you can put into use immediately. Registration required; please make sure you can attend all 3 sessions.

Taught by Qualified MBSR Teacher and Certified Mindfulness Leader, Lisa Lowe.
