Join the Bob Ragland branch for a quarterly community centered music and performance series with RiNo Art District, this series is an extension of the LoUD (Library of Unity & Diversity) concert series. This a free community-centered event including music, performances, and art for all ages! Stop by for music and community connection.
The event runs from 1 pm to 4 pm.
