Program Description

Event Details

Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) invites you to experience Oge Mora’s Saturday through theatrical play. We'll follow in the footsteps of Ava as she rhythmically explores the days of the week, her urban environment and how to deal with disappointment. DCPA's Book Stars program encourages students to use their bodies, voices, and imaginations to let this story come to life.

Bilingual program - presented in English and Spanish.

Explore early learning activities beyond traditional storytimes! Little University will be held at the Montbello Branch Library every other Wednesday. (Alternating weeks will feature "Cuentacuentos en español" programming.)

All activities are suitable for children from birth through preschool with their caregivers.

Sign language interpreters and real-time captioning via CART are available upon request with notice of three business days to SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or 720-913-8487. For other public accommodation requests or concerns related to a disability: DisabilityAccess@denvergov.org.

Automated voice-to-text captioning is available for all virtual programs. Need help getting set up?
