Have questions about your housing situation? This month's topic is warranty of habitability. As a tenant, what does a landlord need to do by law to keep your home livable? What are your rights as a tenant and what’s the legal process to get an issue fixed (i.e. mold, no hot water, vermin)? Bring your questions and join the Colorado Poverty Law Project, Jefferson County Public Library and Denver Public Library for an overview of tenants’ rights and landlord obligations as they relate to your home being fit for habitation.
