Memory Cafe is a fun place to socialize, relax, and engage with people experiencing memory loss and their families/caregivers. Each cafe has a focus—such as music or art—to facilitate the main goal, which is a social connection for individuals with shared experiences. At the Memory Cafe, you can just be yourself -- without worrying about remembering or forgetting.

Today's Theme - Ageless Grace Brain Workout

Description –  We will improve our brain health with an Ageless Grace workout.  Ageless Grace is a revolutionary brain fitness program taught in 50 states and more than 30 countries.  The program consists of 21 simple seated exercise tools designed for all ages and abilities. These exercises, based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on the healthy longevity of the body and brain.

This program will be held in person at the Schlessman Family Branch Library.
