Event Details

Worry dolls, or Muñeca quitapena, originated from the Mayan culture of Guatemala. According to legend, Mayan people would tell their worries to small dolls before going to sleep, and the dolls would take their worries away while they slept. Celebrate Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month and make your own set of Worry Dolls.
