Try out a new creative project at home and then share your results in this weekly online gathering of makers!

Learn Make Share is a weekly series from the ideaLAB team. Every Tuesday we publish a new video to YouTube on a maker topic that you can follow along with, and the following Tuesday we host an online discussion about it.

This week we’re talking about graphic design using Inkscape, a free vector graphics program. You will learn how to create objects, shapes, and unique geometric designs in the software. Watch a video on getting started with Inkscape at this link: https://youtu.be/p9HkfbEk1sU.

You can bring a project you’ve made or a work in progress to share, connect with other makers in the community, or ask questions you might have about tools and techniques. This is a casual community conversation, and makers of all skill levels are welcome.

Our Meetup will be held on Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/mjf-jqum-dmp. No Google Account or sign-in is required. If you would prefer to call in, you can dial (US) +1 413-591-4210 and then enter the PIN:‪ 561 520 837‬#
