Celebrate AA.NH/PI heritage month with a 1 hour performance of gender wayang by Denver based Balinese music group Gamelan Tunas Mekar. Gender wayang is a style of gamelan music from Bali, Indonesia and consists of an ensemble of four instruments. Traditionally, the music accompanies the shadow puppet plays (wayang kulit) of Bali. Appropriate for children of all ages and their caregivers.
