With such an emphasis on dining out at restaurants, sometimes it’s refreshing to turn the tables and celebrate the act of cooking at home. Alison Roman’s cookbook Dining In, with its simple, vegetable-forward, and totally achievable recipes is just the platform for that discussion. Join food writer Amanda M. Faison and Caroline Glover, chef-owner of Annette restaurant, for a chat about the wonderful world of dining in. Bonus: tasty nibbles.
