Empower yourself by speaking directly with medical professionals on how to address memory concerns with your doctor. We will provide an overview of the symptoms and management of different causes of dementia and how to access your no cost Medicare Annual Wellness visit.

This conversation will address brain health equity by giving people in the African American community tools and information that they can use when working with healthcare providers

We will provide opportunities for families to discuss their health care questions with a geriatrician and a neurologist in a relaxed, informal setting.

Doors will open at 3:30 PM. Presentation and panel discussion will start at 4:00 PM. Onsite parking will be available, but limited. Please register no later than Thursday, September 26th.
