At least 82.4 million people around the world have been forced to flee their homes. Among them are nearly 26.4 million refugees, around half of whom are under the age of 18. Those numbers are expected to increase with the current war in Ukraine.
Join us for a community workshop to learn more about the refugee crisis and unpack how the current Ukraine refugee crisis exposes racism and contradictions in how the world views and values humans.
Sign language interpreters and real-time captioning via CART are available upon request with notice of three business days to SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or 720-913-8487. For other public accommodation requests or concerns related to a disability: DisabilityAccess@denvergov.org.
Automated voice-to-text captioning is available for all virtual programs. Need help getting set up?
