Program Type:Curbside Pickup
As per City ordinance, we ask all customers to wear face masks when visiting the library for curbside pickup.
Wait until you receive a notification that your holds are ready for pickup before scheduling an appointment. A phone number or email address is required to complete your reservation.
Your appointment is one hour in duration so it is not necessary to show up at the beginning of your slot. Please be sure to bring your library card or photo ID to pick up holds.
If picking up holds for other members of your household, you must indicate their card number and name in the Special Notes field below. Entering their information indicates you have obtained their permission to pick up items on their behalf.
All Denver Public Library locations remain closed except for curbside holds pickup. New holds can now be placed.
Specific Instructions for Cherry Creek
If you are driving to the library and have a cell phone, use Milwaukee Street to enter the parking lot behind the building. Turn into one of the two curbside pickup spaces on the right. Call staff at the posted phone number once you have arrived. If arriving on foot, or if you do not have a cell phone, please come to the front door of the library.
All virtual programs have automated voice to text captioning available. If the program you are attending is hosted with Google Meet, view these instructions. To request a sign language interpreter or live captions for a program hosted on Zoom or in person, contact SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or 720-913-8487, with a three (3) business-day notice. For other public accommodation requests/concerns related to a disability, please contact DisabilityAccess@denvergov.org.
