Program Description

Event Details

  1. Get Ready: look out for your holds notice (don’t register until they’re ready).

  2. Register to Pick Up: get your card number ready, be sure to include your email to receive notifications.

  3. Picking Up: call when you arrive any time during your appointment slot, bring your library card or ID, don’t forget your mask.

  4. Other Information: use Special Notes field to indicate if you don’t have a phone, to add family-member card number(s) you’re picking up holds up for, to request 8 staff-selected children’s board books, or any other information to accommodate your curbside pickup.

Specific Instructions for Central

If arriving by car, park in one of the 2 designated Curbside Holds pickup spaces on Broadway and follow posted instructions to notify staff of your arrival. If walking or biking, please approach Broadway entrance and await staff assistance.

All virtual programs have automated voice to text captioning available. If the program you are attending is hosted with Google Meet, view these instructions. To request a sign language interpreter or live captions for a program hosted on Zoom or in person, contact SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or 720-913-8487, with a three (3) business-day notice.
