 While Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, microaggressions and racism continue to exist, causing everything from high blood pressure to  anxiety and depression. Join Zee Clarke, author of Black People Breathe, in this interactive workshop to learn breathing practices to prioritize your wellness and self-care despite the challenges.
