Join us for Baby Yoga. No experience necessary and crying babies are welcome.The word yoga means union. This class is designed for parents/caregivers and their children to connect and experience yoga together through a blend of stretches, postures, games and songs. We will explore poses that encourage strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga can help with self-expression, relaxation, sleep and improve listening and ability to follow directions. For parents/caretakers, this is fun and exciting way to get some gentle stretching, while your child enjoys new discoveries.
