Are you interested in exploring how you can get the most out of a long life? Then join us for the Aging Mastery Program!

As children, we are taught how to be successful adults. But no one teaches us how to age well. That is where Aging Mastery comes in. The National Council on Aging created this program to help you build a playbook for making the most of your older adulthood.

During this five-week program, you will explore how to age well. Topics include exercise, sleep, nutrition, finances, advance planning, healthy relationships, medication management, community engagement, and fall prevention.

You will meet new friends, provide encouragement to your peers, and become more involved in your community.

This program will be presented on Zoom. The session dates are: October 22, October 29, November 5, November 12, and November 19.
