Event Details

Greg Liverman, Colorado-based professional genealogist and DNA expert, will present “Genetic Genealogy 2021 -- A Year in Review.” A number of developments occurred in genetic genealogy in 2021. Greg will review the latest changes and updates with the major testing companies: Ancestry, FTDNA, MyHeritage and 23andMe. These range from new ethnicity estimates, expanded "Theories of Family Relativity" and enhanced "Thru Lines," to new color-coded dots at MyHeritage.

Greg will also talk about small segments and how we should treat them in our genealogy research. Bring your DNA questions -- there will be plenty of time for Q&A

This Zoom meeting is open to the public, but is limited to 100 attendees. Use this link to join the Zoom meeting.
