A teacher from Rishi's Crossing Yoga Studio will guide you through listening to your body, breathing techniques, movement, and meditation. Bring a mat, blanket, or towel, and wear clothing appropriate for yoga movement.

This class, on Saturday, June 18 at 11 a.m. at Schlessman will teach you the basics of route finding, safety, and having fun while commuting to work or school on your bike! Maybe crafting relaxes you? Try our Mobiles for Fun class presented by artist Karole Sharpe. You'll make a moving sculpture out of recycled materials that could include wire, stone, metal, wood, paper, plastic, or found objects. Sunday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Schlessman.
