Dear Tara:

I am applying for a Loleta D. Fyan grant to study successful library programs for 20- and 30-somethings.  Your Fresh City Life program was recommended as a trailblazer in this area and so I would like to include a visit to the Denver Public Library as part of my grant proposal.  If I get the grant, then I would schedule a time when I could meet with you and (hopefully) observe one of your programs in progress.  My visit would occur at your convenience, some time in mid-2011.  May I include a visit to your program as part of my grant proposal?

To learn more about me, please feel free to visit my faculty website at http://polaris.gseis.ucla.edu/cmediavi/index.htm.

Thanks for your kind consideration.  The application deadline is Dec. 3, so I hope to hear from you soon.

PS Sorry to use this venue, but didn't know how else to get ahold of you!
