And what's summer without cooking outdoors? The June/July issue of Saveur is all about BBQ - lots of recipes, tips, and techniques for the perfect barbecue. For the more serious cooks the July issue of Chile Pepper magazine has an article on the BBQ University in Colorado Springs at the Broadmoor Hotel. Author and Chef Steven Raichlen will teach you the fine art and science of grilling, barbecuing and smoking foods. The 3 day package starts at $2500.
