When you're looking for more general information about your health, try the Library's Health resources - found under the Research tab. They are a great way to search for health information. Check the DPL Health Site to learn how to research health topics. Be sure to check out MedlinePlus! It is an easy-to-use service of the National Library of Medicine, and new resources are added daily. The Health and Wellness Resource Center is a good source for articles - both for the consumer and from medical journals, drugs and herbal remedies and alternative medicine. (Library card required.)
