- This cookbook makes you smarter! If you've ever wondered about the scientific principles behind what is at work at the kitchen, this is the book for you! This book gave me the ambrosial idea to bake brownies inside hollowed out oranges! Beautiful and delicious!
The Boozy Baker: 75 Recipes for Spirited Sweets by Lucy Baker
- First of all, how cool is it that someone who is named 'Baker' ends up being a baker! I think it means it must have been destiny. The recipes included in this book all include alcohol, so it may not be for everyone, but I dare anyone not to feel intoxicated by the sweetness of the photos of the scrumptious desserts included within!
