It's never too early to look ahead and plan your upcoming week. Whether you need to fix up your resume, learn some computer skills, or try your hand at knitting, there is plenty for you to enjoy at these Fresh City Life My Branch events!

Do you think you know Colorado History? Well learn about the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Colorado history at this great program, presented by the Fairmount Heritage Foundation. Hear stories that didn’t make it into the history books about Speer, Iliff, Lowry, Elitch, and others. This event is happening at the Ross-University Hills Branch on Thursday, August 25 at 6 p.m.

Need to polish your knitting skills? This Knitting RX class can help you identify and fix basic knitting mistakes, while also helping you learn tips and tricks dealing with undoing your knitting. This class is at the Smiley Branch on Saturday, August 27, at 2 p.m.

If you need help writing or updating your resume, come to this Resume Writing Workshop to learn some general techniques on how to write an effective resume. Please arrive with your resume, a pen or pencil to make corrections, and a notepad to take notes. This workshop will be held at the Schlessman Family Branch on Saturday, August 27, at 3 p.m.
