Learn about basic rocketry by designing your own rocket. Using the principles of chemistry and physics you can get your rocket to soar twenty feet in the air! Limited to the first 20 participants.

Lights, camera, action!

Play-Ground Theatre will collaborate with After School is Cool (ASIC) students ages 7 and up at Valdez-Perry Branch Library this spring to create an original play to be performed on Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m.

Founders of Play-Ground Theatre, Mia Sole and Jeff Haycock, will lead acting games, character exploration, dance, singing and rehearsal for this one-of-a-kind spring performance.

Attendance at all six sessions, including the final performance, is strongly encouraged.

Day 1: Monday, April 25, 4:15-5:15 p.m.
Day 2: Wednesday, April 27, 4:15-5:15 p.m.

Kids Perform an Original Play Created with Play-Ground Theatre

Music Dance and Performance
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Kids from Valdez-Perry's After School is Cool (ASIC) program perform an original play created with Mia Sole and Jeff Haycock, founders of Play-Ground Theatre.

Performance is at 2 p.m. Participating youth should arrive at 1:30 p.m.
