Doing Left Grasp Bird's Tail with Dr. Bob Tank, Jr.

Left Grasp Bird's Tail is the name of the 2nd move out of the 108 moves in the Taoist Tai Chi set. On May 16, customers at Byers Branch Library got a feel for Left Grasp Bird's Tail among other basic tai chi stretches with instructor Dr. Bob Tank during the recent Connecting Vecinos program. In just a few moves we started to feel calmer and stronger, even though it was challenging to keep our shoulders relaxed!
