Joan Crawford filmed several public service ads to promote American grocery stores, but you can't miss the product placement for the company for whom she was really shilling. Come rain or shine -- Fresh City Life is hosting our first outdoor movie tonight. We're featuring Pixar's new classic UP.
Bring a blanket or your favorite camp chair, and we'll have extra chairs, too, so you can travel light. Judith, from our film series committee, will be on hand to sell some cooling beverages and snacks.
It will be a fun, experimental event. And not to worry, if the weather becomes too threatening, we're all set to move into the basement for the evening. Showtime is dusk (about 8:45p) and we look forward to seeing you for this great flick.
