movements. Appropriate for all levels.

Let's take time out for ourselves and yoga. We will work with connecting the mind and the body with the breath. We will learn tools to focus and stay present, while having fun. We will move our bodies, breathe deeply, and relax in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Flexibility not required and no experience necessary. For grades 6-12. No registration is required.

The Denver Public Library has partnered with Bonfils Blood Center to host a blood drive outside of the Central Library on the Bonfils mobile blood collection bus. PLEASE NOTE: the hours are 8-9:40 a.m. and 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. No appointments available 9:40 a.m.-11 a.m.
