A self-contained form of Qi Gong and brought to the United States by acupuncturist and Qi Gong master Dr. T.K. Shih. Let's take time out for ourselves and yoga. We will work with connecting the mind and the body with the breath. We will learn tools to focus and stay present, while having fun. We will move our bodies, breathe deeply, and relax in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Flexibility not required and no experience necessary. For grades 6-12. No registration is required.

Aromatherapy Potions / Aromaterapia

Join us on a scentual adventure as we learn about the benefits of aromatherapy. We will learn how to create our own custom blends and make a body / room spray and a sugar scrub to take home. For grades 6-12. Registration is required. Please call to reserve your space.
