The Apprentice of Peace team offers a unique way to engage kids using Tai Chi movements, philosophies and principles. Participants will learn how to breathe, relax, and respond to pressure through Tai Chi Push Hands as well as incorporate the AOP principles that focus on common sense, social responsibility and peacekeeping.

All ages welcome. No registration required.

A self-contained form of Qi Gong and brought to the United States by acupuncturist and Qi Gong master Dr. T.K. Shih.
