Connecting Vecinos is proud to present CHAC Gallery & Cultural Center and VSA Colorado Access Gallery to tell about the Mexican Celebration of Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) and to guide participants in decorating their own sugar skull (one sugar skull per person on a first-come first-served basis). During the workshop, everyone is also welcome to sip on té de canela (cinnamon tea) and color an artistic skull for our Día de los Muertos library display. This program is bilingual (English and Spanish), free, and for all ages.
