I love cooking with parsley all year, but I like it fresh instead of dried. At the end of the summer, I harvest my parsley and put it in a food processor with a little bit of water and a dash of lemon juice. Then I freeze it into mini ice cubes. It's so easy to add a parsley cube to any dish!
