On Sunday, November 24 at 2 p.m. join us at the Schlessman Family Branch to discuss the Early Years of Film in Colorado with David Emrich. What do Thomas Edison, Tom Mix, Silver Dollar Tabor and the orphans of Denver have in common? They all were involved in the silent movies made in Colorado. Filmmaker David Emrich will use stills and movie clips to tell the story of how Colorado helped shape the Western movie, before Hollywood became the center of the industry.
