SOMOS: On Domestic Violence, Resilience and Healing
Museo de las Americas, in partnership with Latina SafeHouse and Art and Color, is proud to present this powerful, taboo-shattering exhibition about Domestic Violence in the Latinx community.
This community art show features 13 local artists, sharing their stories through visual and mixed media artwork.
Museo de las Americas is dedicated to educating the community through collecting, preserving, interpreting and exhibiting the diverse arts and cultures of the Americas, from ancient to contemporary, through innovative exhibitions and programs.
Denver Public Library’s museum and cultural pass program is designed to give library card holders who might not otherwise visit cultural institutions in the greater Denver area a chance to visit nearby museums and cultural institutions at no charge. Free passes may be booked online up to 30 days in advance of your visit. A permanent DPL library card in good standing is required.
