Online Room Reservations Now Available

We're excited to announce you can now reserve Denver Public Library branch meeting rooms online!

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Rooms can be reserved no less than 24 hours in advance of the present time, and 90 days out from present date. It is your responsibility to contact staff within 4 days of making your online reservation to pay or the room will be released.
  • Rooms at branch library locations cost $10. Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the library initiates a cancellation. The full hourly rate is charged for portions of hours the room is used.
  • Rooms at the Central Library require custom interaction with Central booking staff and there are no fixed prices. Please see the Meeting Rooms at the Central Library page for more information.
  • Please review our Meeting Rooms Policy and Terms of Use prior to booking.

How does it work?

To begin press the “Reserve a Meeting Room” link from the footer of any page on denverlibrary.org.

To reserve by location/room:

  1. Press the “Select a Room to Reserve” button.
  2. If you have not already selected your location on a previous visit, an overlay will display with all locations. Select the location(s) you’d like, then press the “Confirm Selection” button.
    • If you need to change your selected location, press the “My Library Locations” button to see the overlay again.
    • You may also use the “Filters” button to narrow by room type or location.
  3. Choose your room from the list selected by pressing the “Reserve This Room” button.
  4. From the room page, enter or select your Event Date then press apply.
  5. Select your reservation start time from the list of available times by pressing the “Reserve This Room” button.
  6. Fill out the form.
    • All required fields will be marked with an asterisk.
    • Be sure to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  7. Press the “Save” button.
  8. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know the room has been booked. You must call or visit the location within 4 days to pay for your reservation or the room will be released.

To reserve by day and time:

  1. Press the “Select a Day and Time” button.
  2. If you have not already selected your location on a previous visit, an overlay will display with all locations. Select the location(s) you’d like, then press the “Confirm Selection” button.
    • If you need to change your selected location, press the “My Library Locations” button to see the overlay again.
  3. Enter your desired reservation date, duration, and location(s) in the “Filters” section then press “Apply.”
  4. A list of rooms available for your selected date and duration will display.
  5. Choose your room from the list selected by pressing the “Reserve This Room” button.
  6. From the room page, enter or select your Event Date then press apply.
  7. Select your reservation start time from the list of available times by pressing the “Reserve This Room” button.
  8. Fill out the form.
    • All required fields will be marked with an asterisk.
    • Be sure to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  9. Press the “Save” button.
  10. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know the room has been booked. You must call or visit the location within 4 days to pay for your reservation or the room will be released.
