This summer, I lost four bowling balls. And a half.
Can you imagine carrying four bowling balls around with you all day -- from the moment you wake up until you get back into bed? I can and I did. I've still got a long way to go, but I'm celebrating those four bowling balls. And a half.
Yep, I'm that guy that's been on a lot of diets, with little or no success. But when I found Eat To Live, something clicked. It was added inspiration that Dr. Fuhrman would be visiting the library for a lecture and book signing in July. Now I am enjoying the Doc's program and learning a new way to eat that will help me for the rest of my life.
I encourage you to check out his books and I'll include several of his titles here. Additionally, I'm excited to read that Dr. Fuhrman will be releasing a cookbook that includes lots of delectable recipes that fit the program! I'm learning how to enjoy real, whole food in ways that this king of the snack chips never thought he would. If you struggle with weight or food addictions, check out the great work that Dr. Fuhrman is doing.
