Denver Public Library is more than happy to support food truck fever, and we're not just talking about our own rumbling stomachs. From children's picture books to databases, DPL has the goods. The little foodies and their grown-ups will really appreciate Food Trucks by Mark Todd, featuring food from diverse cultures and whimsical and colorful illustrations. Author Jacqueline Martin, food ethnographer June Jo Lee and internationally renowned graffiti artist Man One bring an exuberant celebration of street food and street art to Chef Roy Choi and the Street Food Remix. Young readers will enjoy learning the story of Chef Roy and how he came to become one of the original food truck celebrities. Stef Soto, Taco Queen by Jennifer Torres tells the story of a young Mexican-American girl who comes to realize that her family taco truck should be a source of pride, rather than embarrassment.
