Do you have a special recipe you make to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AA.NH/PI) Heritage Month?
The Special Collections and Archives department of the library invites you to share food and stories that are important to you! We aim to build a collection that features voices from all in our Denver community. Please help us by providing a recipe and a brief family history or reason why the recipe is special to you for our AA.NH/PI Community Cookbook. By learning about our community’s favorite foods and stories we are honoring and celebrating our unique heritages. Click on the images to the left to see an example.
There are three ways to submit! Submit recipes and photos using a print form available at any library branch location, by email to history@denverlibrary.org, or via the online form. Submissions will be showcased online in a digital community cookbook and a physical copy of the cookbook will be included in our archives.
