Dear Clyfford: Art's a Drag

Maybe we just need to see art through someone else's eyes. If those eyes happen to be sporting false eyelashes that look like tropical palm fronds and are topped with enough eyeshadow to give Tammy Faye pause, then all the better.

At Denver Art Museum's Untitled event this April, the Denver Public Library has reteamed with local drag superstars to create a lively tour of the exhibit, Shade. This exhibit is housed in both the DAM and the Clyfford Still museum and features the work of Still and contemporary abstract expressionist, Mark Bradford. It's a brilliant show and our queens will embellish your tour with a treasure trove of alternative facts.
