Make Your Own Plant Marker and Learn About Our Seed Exchange

cork fork garden markers

Make your own plant marker at Ross-Broadway Branch Library, on Saturday, March 21, from 10am-11am.

Add some whimsy to your garden with a plant marker you can call your own. Turn everyday items like a fork and a tin lid or wine cork into a marker that will inspire your green thumb and remind you where your seeds are planted. Materials for your first marker are included.

Why buy seeds, when you can exchange them with your library friends? We are starting the second year of our seed-exchange program at the Ross-Broadway Branch Library. Anyone who has a Denver Public Library card may participate in our program!

How it works:

Life After Life, by Kate Atkinson

Our website provides access to many types of databases, including NoveList (for adult fiction titles) and NoveList K-8 Plus (for fiction and nonfiction titles for children and young adults). These two databases help you to answer the question: what should I read next?

NoveList and NoveList K-8 Plus are available 24/7. To access them:
