Review

Evelyn Glennie is the world's only professional solo percussionist. Director Thomas Riedelsheimer follows Glennie as she tours, creates a collaborative recording with Fred Firth, and visits the family farm. She talks about how she responds to sound with her body (she's deaf) and how she works as a solo percussionist. The music is amazing and Glennie is both passionate and intriguing.
