Review

Ben has to spend the summer with his grandfather in a small town called Buttonville.  He’s dreading the summer in a run-down town with his grandfather.  His grandfather’s idea of fun is “Pudding Day” at the senior center.  Ben just knows this is going to be the most boring summer ever.

Ben’s time in Buttonville doesn’t turn out boring after all.  Ben and a local girl named Pearl both see a dragon flying through the clouds.  Soon after that, Ben finds a wounded baby dragon.  Things get really crazy when Ben accidently lets a Sasquatch loose in town.

I really enjoyed this fun, light hearted book.  It’s full of humor, adventure and magical creatures.  I highly recommend The Sasquatch Escape for ages 8-10.

I’m looking forward to more books in the Imaginary Veterinary series.
