This collection of Bernie Wrightson work for the Creepy and Eerie magazines is really good, Wrightson's heavy contrasting artwork works really well for these stories. Two of the stories were drawn by Carmine Infantino, and were inked by Wrightson, and while the stories themselves are quite good, the artwork is a bit of a jarring change from Wrightson's style. My favorite story is a hauntingly beautiful poem by Bruce Jones, that Wrightson illustrated with amazing four panel pages. There are also adaptations of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Black Cat" and H.P. Lovecraft's "Cool Air" that are really good. Overall I would recommend this to any one who likes old E.C. comics, the Twilight Zone, or just really good horror stories.
