Now, imagine putting that quote into context in your own kitchen. 5280 Magazine’s Food Editor Amanda M. Faison teams up with Denver-based Savory Spice Shop to show how freshly ground spices can bring unexpected depth to your cooking. The program will reference Yotam Ottolenghi’s best-selling cookbook Jerusalem.
