We need carbon dioxide to live. Plants use it to make oxygen! Carbon dioxide is all around us. In this assembly we will explore the main phases of carbon dioxide, dry ice, and bubble/fizzy CO2 gas bubbles. We will experiment with dry ice, Alka-Seltzer, Mentos & Diet Coke, and make a lava lamp, a tower of changing colors, fog-filled dry ice bubbles, and more.
