Chef Amy, from The Seasoned Chef, shares savvy tips for turning a garden's bounty into delicious accompaniments to any menu. Chutneys can be marinades or cooking sauces for meats, relishes can be the base of vinaigrettes and ketchups can be made from fruits like raspberries and grapes.
