Ancient Harmony: Tai Chi Workshop
Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health – and it is perfectly suited to almost all levels of fitness. If you’ve looked enviously at groups doing tai chi in the park and thought, “I could do that” – you can! Though this workshop will be geared to novice students, all skill levels are welcome to enjoy this workshop on the north lawn of the library.
