Ease your mind with Outsmarting Investment Fraud presented by the FINRA Investor Education Foundation on Thursday, June 16 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bear Valley Branch. Learn questions to ask and how to find out if an investment product or professional is legitimate.

Maybe your body needs as much relaxation as your mind! Bring both into balance during Yoga for Stress Relief on Saturday, June 18 at 3:00 p.m. at the Bear Valley Branch. A teacher from Rishi's Crossing Yoga Studio will guide you through listening to your body, breathing techniques, movement, and meditation. Bring a mat, blanket, or towel, and wear clothing appropriate for yoga movement.

Does being stuck in traffic make your blood boil? Bring that stress down--and do your body, your mind, and the environment a lot of good by Bicycle Commuting. This class, on Saturday, June 18 at 11 a.m. at Schlessman will teach you the basics of route finding, safety, and having fun while commuting to work or school on your bike! Just in time to celebrate Bike to Work Day!

Maybe crafting relaxes you? Try our Mobiles for Fun class presented by artist Karole Sharpe. You'll make a moving sculpture out of recycled materials that could include wire, stone, metal, wood, paper, plastic, or found objects. Sunday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Schlessman.
