The Denver Public Library offers Microsoft Office 2007 including Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and PowerPoint at all branch locations (Barnum coming soon) and in the Community Technology Center at the Central Library.

The Web tools listed here provide an alternative to traditional office applications and are available from any computer with Internet access. Each of these sites will ask you to create a free account so you can save and retrieve your files from any Internet-accessible computer.

Creating an Account or Email Address

Many personalized online services require that you create a free account. To create a free account, you will have to decide on a unique user name and a password that you will remember but should be difficult for others to guess. Some applications will ask you for reminder questions and answers so if you forget your password you can answer a simple question to be reminded of your password.

Many of these services require that you have an email address. Having an email address allows these services to send you password reminders and, if you allow it, they'll send you news and updates about their services.
