Born on this day in 1964, Academy Award Winner Juliette Binoche has been enchanting audiences on screen for 3 decades. Having turned down Hollywood numerous times, she has said about the roles she selects, "I want to make films that are political and social. Films with a message or an idea. Films that dare to ask."
