You can ask a general question about Interlibrary Loan policies or ask specific questions about a current ILL request. If you have a question regarding a current Interlibrary Loan request or a question regarding an item you have obtained through the Interlibrary Loan Department, please include your library card number and email address where we can reach you. If you would like immediate service, please call our Interlibrary Loan Department at 720-865-1718 during the hours of 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Your question will be answered by Interlibrary Loan Staff at the Denver Public Library and a response should be received within two business days (Monday – Friday).
